For my whole life, I’ve been determined to improve the world.

From a rock bass guitar player, multiple national and international classical guitar winner, graduated geographer, skilled project manager, to experienced leader, invited speaker, system thinker by soul and change agent with the mission.

In the past 12+ years I always had an integration roles inside and at the crossroads of business, public and NGO organizations. I love the art of balancing different priorities, interests, translating between different expert languages and driving the process of continuous improvement from service, product, system and organization point of view.

I’ve been involved in a big variety of organizational and system challenges in the public and business sector. Transforming organizations into extraordinary environments for people to express themselves and truly thrive is something that I do best.

I love to collaborate with partners from the field of design, management consulting, coaching, communication, facilitation, gamification, etc., with which we’ve built an ecosystem which enables a great amount of flexibility and adaptability for each individual challenge or project.
