Our passion is Organization Design & Organization Development projects in business, public and non-governmental organizations. From these phrases, DODO was born.
Dodo was also the name of birds that have lived around 450 years ago on the island of Mauritius. They never developed the capability for flying because they didn`t have any predators to fly away from! When Portuguese sailors arrived in the 1500s, they could easily catch them for food. In only one hundred years, dodos became extinct.
Dodo’s destiny was sad but it also offers an opportunity to learn. Organizations as human constructs must constantly adapt and dance in rhythm with the external environment.
To achieve this holistic, systemic and individually tailored interventions are a must. How do we work?
